Momentum Mobile PT is a cash-based practice, which means I work directly with you rather than through insurance companies. This allows me to focus entirely on your care — no restrictions on visit length, treatment approach, or number of sessions. You pay directly at the time of service.
If you have a PPO plan or out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. I can provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt with the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurer needs — which you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network physical therapy benefits before we begin.
Every patient is different, and I’ll give you an honest assessment during your initial evaluation. Some people see significant improvement in just a few visits. Others with more complex conditions benefit from a longer course of care. My goal is always to get you to your full potential as efficiently as possible — not to keep you coming back longer than necessary.
Very little! I bring everything needed for your treatment. You’ll just need a clear space to move (a living room or bedroom floor works perfectly), comfortable clothing you can move in, and a mat if you have one — though it’s not required. No equipment purchases necessary.
In a traditional clinic, your therapist is often managing multiple patients at once — leaving you in the hands of an aide for part of your session. At Momentum Mobile PT, every minute of every visit is one-on-one with me. I come to you, I focus entirely on you, and I bring 35 years of experience to every session. No waiting rooms, no rushing, no sharing — just focused, expert care in the comfort of your own home.
Simple — call or text me for a free 10–15 minute discovery call. We’ll talk about what you’re dealing with, answer your questions, and make sure I’m the right fit. If we’re a good match, we’ll find a time that works for you and get you scheduled.
I currently serve Lakewood, Golden, Ken Caryl, western Arvada, and surrounding west Denver communities. Not sure if you’re in my service area? Just reach out and ask — I’m happy to let you know.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards. You will receive a receipt after every visit for your records or for insurance reimbursement purposes.
In Colorado, you do not need a physician referral to see a physical therapist — you can come directly to me. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement purposes, so it’s worth checking with your insurer if you plan to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
